青岛市城阳区棘洪滩街道北万社区地处街道东部，距街道驻地5公里，南临南万社区，北以胶济铁路为界与即墨市大信村镇新胜庄接壤，东与即墨市通济街道西元庄相连，西与韩洼社区为邻。2004年8月，北万村改为北万社区，有粮田面积110亩，居民430户，1296人。
